Igniting fresh dialogues in the design community

The Descender podcast was started as an internal project by Klarna designers with two key goals: 1.) to spread design knowledge within the company and 2.) to attract new creative talent by showcasing Klarna’s diverse, passionate design team.

I was tasked with developing the content strategy for the third season of the podcast and to continue to grow the viewership.

My Responsibilities

  • Developed strategy and content plan for 5 episode season

  • Wrote guided script for each episode. Prepped and coordinated with guests to ensure successful recordings

  • Hosted, recorded, edited and published each episode using Google Hangouts and Descript

  • Worked with design team to establish internal/external marketing strategy
